Having trouble getting musicbee to tag tracks. not embeding into music file

once i have saved the music lyric and the album that the song comes, i hit save and then check my library hard drive only to find that musicbee has not transfered the picture of the album into my hard drive library. have actually done a system re-boot due to a nasty virus i could not remove thru conventional methods. Prior to the re-boot musicbee was transfering the picture of the album ok. Wondered if i have settings wrong or something
