how to make filters? and where are they ?

i cant seen to find how to make  filters?  and where are they ?

Right click on the music library node (at the top of the left sidebar) and click on filters. A popup window will allow you to manage your filters. You can also toggle the option to hide or show filters in the sidebar directly under the music library node.
