picture rotation in now playing now erratic

Hi All,

I recently downloaded V 3.06.6053 and ever since the rotation of artist pictures in the Now Playing screen centre panel is erratic. By this I mean that a picture appears then the center panel just shows colour and then another picture appears sometimes. If I right click and force another picture it appears then disappears soon after.

I usually play with auto DJ going.

Any thoughts to rectify would be appreciated.

very strange as i cant reproduce any issues nor has this been reported before. Can you post a screenshot with how things should be and another showing how MB looks when it goes wrong

Thanks. Here is a sequence of 4 screenshots. The pictures appeared each time I right clicked and selected "next picture". It may be a coincidence but MB was behaving well before a couple of obscure Australian artists came up for which there may not have been pictures.

As a postscript, I found a restart of MB got the rotation going again. So I  queued an obscure Aussie artist again and replicated the problem. I waited for a change in artist, this time Dr.John, and a right click selecting "next picture" brought a picture for few seconds before displaying the album artist colours again. I restarted MB again and Dr. John pictures rotated automatically without a problem.

Maybe I need to avoid obscure Aussie artists

Do you think then that the problem is my internet connection?

Just to reconfirm replication, the following sequence occurred:
1. The Who - no problem with artist pictures rotating
2. Testeagles - album colours only
3. Richard Thomson - picture (few seconds) then album colour then right click then picture (few seconds) then album colours etc
4. Restart MB at Richard Thomson -  no problem with artist pictures rotating
