cant access network files properly

I got a server set up where there are around the 90k music files with full tags for all of them. Their file type is not the same is all over the place.
The deal is that despite giving MusicBee the location and it importing the files it does not bring over all of the tags and for 40k it does not preset any info. If i go to one of those songs and enter the edit option it will suddenly show everything for this specific song but it disrepair after i close MB and i cant go from song to song and do this if i want to know what it is.

I tried all what i got in my arsenal in order to get it to work files, setting new folders and access location, making sure all the permissions  are there and scanning all of the files more then once.

What's the file format? WAV files are known to be very inconsistent with tags and their ability to be read by other applications. You might want to search the forums here as there have been a number of discussions regarding this.
