"©¤@"
There is a mysterious "artist" that shows in the artists' list in the centre above the track list in the middle of the software. At the top it shows "All (754 items)". The list has Aaron Tipping at number 3, ABBA at number 4 and Adele at number 5, but at number two I have ©¤@. It actually has Emmylou Harris and Garth Brooks tracks showing, but I can't get rid of it no matter what I try. Can anyone help?

Check tags on those songs. Click "..." on the right from the artist tag field, they might have multiple artists defined.

And if that doesn't do it, look at the files in the tag inspector.

And if that direct do it, look at the files in the tag inspector.
This should probably read "... if that doesn't do it, look ..."

I think someone had their auto-correct take command of that sentence.  :-)

Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
