When creating a new musicbee library, is this considered to be the default library location where i should have all my music files?
And if so if i want to keep my music somewhere else how do i change this default location and instead point to the actual library location where my music is located?

Run MB while pressing shift key. Then you will get a dialog where you can choose a library to load.

No, you can keep your music anywhere.  It has no relation to the location of your library files.

In winamp there is an option to add library location.

The library location in MusicBee only refers to the files like the MB database (.mbl file)

The music is wherever it is, or wherever you have it auto-organized.
