As the subject indicates, when I tried to use MusicBee, it can only find 479 music files on my network share. I am using Windows 10, with the share mapped. I checked Inbox, podcasts, etc, but the missing files just don't appear to be found. I manually find a music file in Windows Explorer, and was able to drag it into the MusicBee window, and it added just fine. However, if I then have MusicBee scan for new files, it reports that the file I just added is no longer found, and wants to remove it from the library.
My network share is from a FreeNas server, setup with CIFS and set to have windows permissions. I can clearly see the files through Windows, and other music managers (itunes, which I am trying to get away from).
Just for giggles, I ran MusicBee with Admin rights just to see if it was a permission issue, but it still could not find the files. I even checked my folder/file permissions on the files within the share, and they are all good.
Any ideas?
