MusicBee lost all saved preferences (skin, layout, etc) on startup today

Music and playlists are still there but skin/layout/etc all seem to have reset. What do?

Probably your MusicBeeSettings.ini file got corrupted.  This is why you should backup your library occasionally!

However, for a more helpful solution to your present problem, try to restore a previous version of your settings file (and probably StartupSettings.ini, too) in Windows Explorer (right click on file > Properties > Previous Versions).  My settings file got borked a couple of days ago, and I was able to fix it that way.

Hey thanks, this helped me fix this 5 months ago, and again today when I forgot how I did it the first time.
