How do I configure MusicBee to use the mousewheel to skip forward or backward?

Hi. You can do it with this utility https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/xmousebuttoncontrol.htm (it's powerful, yet light on resources)
Afaik there is no way to do it in MusicBee itself.
