I know exactly how this came about and I've solved it, but I figure Steven might want to change the error message, so I'll report it anyway. I was using the 'Use this file to replace another...' command, selected the file I wanted replaced and this popped up. Turns out I'd left the file I was trying to replace open in another program, but MB usually tells you this, so I'm still going to call it a minor bug.
