Adding a track to an album

I have a few albums where one track shows up as a stand alone album. It is in the the same folder as the parent album in the Windows directory. How do I get it to show up in the album track list? I have tried to edit it to make sure all the tags are the same.

Others must have run into this problem before, but I can't find an answer on the forum. Probably using the wrong search terms

Can someone direct me to a solution?

Is the year on the stand-alone track the same as all the other tracks in the album?
