Resizing artwork error when syncing

Hi,
I'm trying to sync a bunch of songs from MB to an SD card. The device used to play from the card has some restrictions over artwork size. I've set the relevant size in the 'Setting' page of the removable device, but get a whole heap of 'Copy failed - Specified method is not supported' errors.

I've tried different sizes for the resize option but get the same result. If I leave the artwork option as 'Embed' but deselect the resize option the copies work just fine.

Am i doing something wrong? Anything else I should be doing?
