I'd like to know if there's a way to hide the names above the different panels.

No there isn't because that little arrow to the right of each name contains a drop-down menu.

As phred said - but I'll add "not currently".
Steven recently made a change to access those menus by right-clicking the header, so it should be technically possible to do this now.
If it's something you really want, put it in the wish list section and hope for the best
