Playlists don't auto delete when syncing?

I deleted one of my playlists from the desktop, but after I synced my phone the playlist was still on my phone. Nothing really serious, but is that just a bug? I wonder if some of the songs I've deleted are still on my phone.

I've observed this happening with playlists, too, but haven't done a recent test. Are you using 2.5 or 3.0?
