When syncing a playlist to a device does MusicBee copy songs to device in the order that you have the songs on the playlist currently sorted if you have the playlist opened in a tab?

The playlist order for an auto playlist should match whatever you see in MusicBee.  For a static playlist, it may not.  See the wiki page on playlists for how static playlist order works.
