A couple of questions

1.) Why is MusicBee downloading podcasts to \AppData\Roaming\ then moving the files to where I specified they should go? That's needlessly writing to my SSD. Not really a huge deal, but there is no reason why it should be happening.
EDIT: This is also happening with file conversions. It baffles me as to why.
2.) Is there a way to organize by file structure?

I had two other questions here, but they were caused by my own incompetence, which I later rectified. As such, I removed them.

You can turn on the computer node in the left panel, or you could make a custom sort order using Path.

Am I misunderstanding what the second one means? Because this is what I get when I try using a custom sort order https://i.imgur.com/mE8peVq.png

That's showing the column browser.  You need to apply the sorting to the main panel.  Right click anywhere in the column headers and go to Sort By.
