Hi,

I use the custom theme "Crimson Creme", it's almost perfect, thanks to the one who created it. The only change I don't like is the "no cover art" image, he puts a blur bee in place of the default image.

Can you tell me how can I put the default image without changing theme?

Thank you in advance.

This requires changing the skin file.  Does it have an .xml extension or an .xmlc extension?

Thank you for your reply and it's an .xml extension. It is possible to do it?

Yes, you should be able to do it yourself by editing the file.  I suggest making a backup first, just in case.

Find the point where it says  <element id="NoArtwork">.  Delete everything from there to the next place where it says </element>.

Do you know how can I recover the default grey?

Try replacing the part that you deleted with the same element from the MusicBee Default .xml file.

In fact, I tried before posting. But the Music Bee Default skin has an .xmlc extension and I don't know how to read it.  Sorry, I'm such a noob. :(

It's not in that file, anyway, because it's the default.  I'm confusing myself, sorry.  I'm honestly not sure what to do about the yellow.  You can replace the No Artwork image with anything you want, though.  You just need to find an image you like and convert it to Base 64 (it'll look a lot like the gibberish you deleted).  Then you can insert it into the skin using that element.  This is a handy page for encoding base 64 images: https://www.base64-image.de/

If all else fails, try the calcium metro skin. think you'll like it.
