Just wanted to mention that the forum upgrade has fixed the bug in Firefox where it wouldn't show a preview.

Yesterday when I logged into the test forum I got a popup notification of a new PM.
Today I did not.  Nor did I get an email notification of the new PM today.
The only way I knew a new PM existed was the large number "1" in the top header next to the "bell."

steven is trying to figure out few setting about the notifications(more like experimenting).
It is glad to see the notification center is coming handy, i am designing the notification center to be more than it is now, you guys will like it :)

Trying to add a sig in the new forum and I can't see what I'm typing.  The box is too small resulting in not being able to see what I'm typing.  Also the maximum number of character counter doesn't reflect the actual number of characters used.  Nor does it reset from 0 to 300 when the box is cleared.  Lastly, a limit of 300 would prevent my current sig from being used.

EDIT:  The character counter does seem to work but only after the sig is entered and saved.  Which really doesn't help while one is trying to create their sig.

i will lock this topic as it was only intended for the SMF 2 upgrade for the live forum which was done last weekend.
Going forward, any issues with the new forum being tested should be posted to:
