Writing to DVD/BD uses only CD's capacity.

Hi, I have received an issue from Japanese user.

Problem: Disk burning tool always uses only CD's capacity (about 700MB) even for DVD/BDs.

Procedure:
1. Insert a blank DVD-R or a BD-R.
2. Start the disk burning tool.
3. Select "Data CD/DVD/BD".
4. Drag/drop many files (eg. about 2GB) to tool's window.
5. Multiple  (eg. 2) disks needed is reported on the window.

i wont be able to help with this one. I recall when i looked at this that there was no reliable way to get the size of the disc so MB makes some assumptions which sounds like is not working correctly
