relates to v 2.5.5721
This morning at our radio station the operator got this message when MB booted up.
We use it as our 'cart' player with a few hundred short messages in the library.
Firstly what does it mean?
What can we do to avoid this?
What info may have been lost?
Which file does it relate to?
We are using Windows 10
Hope I can get get an answer on this, as we rely on it heavily.

It appears to be working ok, but just worried we may have lost some audio files or playlist entries? History of what's been played is not that important.

Geoff

That error shouldn't affect either audio files or playlist files.  It's only MB's internal database, which is a separate file.

The only thing you can do is be sure to make regular backups.

Ok, I assume it keeps track of what was played when, and that sort of thing?
Which file is it so I can back it up.
Does it keep track of skins etc as we had an unexplained skin change recently?
Actually I'd like to know what other things can be lost in this cache file?
cheers.

Seconding this, I just got the same message, but I have no idea what "information" I should be checking for the loss of? Would songs be missing from my library? Would preferences be set back to previous values? Would it just be something as minor as playcounts? What things should I be looking for?
