unrecognized ogg-tag-rating

I recently switched from mediamonkey to musicbee.
Most ratings got recognized well by musicbee, but about 20 percent of my ogg-files are now unrated, but there is still a rating stated in mediamonkey. I could not detect a systematic by that the rating is not recognized, some songs in albums are with rating, some are not. The only common fact is that it is only about ogg files.
It would be a lot of work to transfer the ratings manually. Can somebody help me?

click the Tag Inspector button in the tag editor window to see what the raw tags in the file as that might give you a clue what is going on

yes, I already tried that but I can not see anything that looks like rating data.

The ratings are in the mediamonkey database but not in the tag, which is why you see them there but not in MB. You'll need to use mediamonkey to update (synchronise) the tags with the database entries.
