Looks like something is going on with MusicBeeBass.dll.  Either your AV program is blocking it, or it is corrupt.  Try using the latest 2.5 patch (see my sig) which will overwrite the dll.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

It keeps happening...must be some utility or the AV doing this?
The patch DOES repair it though....
I run CCLEANER GLARY SPYBOT SUPERSPYWARE MALWAREBYTES all about every 2 weeks
Avast Antivirus and MSSE are running at all times.
Windows 7 HOME x64 desktop pc
ALL software is current....

Avast is notorious for creating problems with MusicBee.

Do a google search for the 'Avast NG' and 'Avast DeepScreen' features, and see if you can make it work changing those settings for MusicBee.
(and when possible report back to help others)

Don't do this.  You only need one.  Get rid of Avast.  Uninstall it and just go with MSSE.

Agreed.  Regardless of MusicBee, two security programs will just get in a tug of war and drain your resources
