Help converting from m4p to mp3 BASS_ERROR_FILEFORM

I keep getting this error when I try to convert to mp3.  Can Musicbee convert m4p?  I can convert other file formats to mp3, so I know the LAME encoder is working

I met this kind of problem many days ago, some format can't be convert, I have tried many free video converting program and finally worked out, but I couldn't remember which one I used before...
