What about the second file? Cover is not really removed from the file. Problem remains. If the file just to open in AIMP and click save Cover removed.

i dont see any picture in the 2nd file. Are you sure the application you viewed with wasnt showing the cover.jpg file?

Pay attention to the size of the second file, it is more precisely the size of the cover.

Sofocl, this is an unrelated issue. It is common with FLAC files that the disk space allocated (padding) for prior artwork is not reclaimed after deleting the artwork. I'm not sure if there's a way to force MusicBee to rewrite the file, but solutions include:

 - Re-encode the flac over itself

 - Use an external utility, metaflac, to do so. Either one-by-one or a batch file ( http://forums.mp3tag.de/index.php?showtopic=10066 )

mtone You're right, foobar2000, MediaMonkey have the same behavior. But Aimp is somehow implemented, then in MB can be done. But it is need to Wishlist.
