Sync playlist to PowerAmp. Changes made in PowerAmp overwritten by MusicBee.

I set up all my playlists on my desktop using MusicBee, then sync them to PowerAmp on my android phone.  It works great.  Love MusicBee.

Sometimes I add songs to playlists on PowerAmp on my phone.  So the song is on the playlist on PowerAmp on the phone, but not on MusicBee on the desktop.  When I plug the phone in and sync it with MusicBee, then MusicBee overwrites the PowerAmp playlist with the MusicBee playlist,  which doesn't have the new song on it.

Is there a way to set up syncing so this doesn't happen?  I'd like to be able to add songs to playlists on my phone, and have the change transfer to my MusicBee playlists when they sync.
