Exclude multiple files and/or whole albums from shuffle

As suggested by Steve, I'm adding this to the wishlist:

I would like to see a feature to exclude multiple marked songs or whole albums (like the children songs of my son) from being played when playing random songs from the library. I know that I can set a checkmark on single songs, but I couldn't find a way to exclude a whole album or multiple files.

This is a great idea. It goes along with an earlier request to allow other options under that panel to be available when multiple files are selected.

Isn't that what library filters are for?

I separate my wife's music from mine using a library filter. We didn't use the album rating for anything, so I just gave all my albums 1-star, all her albums no stars (believe me, that's all they're worth!), and then created two library filters (which are listed in the panel). To exclude all her music, I just select my library before clicking the shuffle button.
