Can anyone identify this song?  Musicbrainz doesn't know it.  I'm not even 100% sure what language it is.

The language sounds somewhat Slovak.  

It has a Gypsy feel to it, so I thought perhaps the artist is Balkan Beat Box.  But after listening to it a few times I think not.

If you get any info outside of the MB forum, please post it here.  It's a pretty catchy tune.

EDIT - I keep thinking Gypsy.  As I only have a few of Gogol Bordello's tracks in my collection, I'm throwing the name out there as not likely, but a possibility.

its russian language, dont know who sing it (seems to be Willy Tokarev). its a criminal underground. here in russia we call this genre 'chanson'. i know that its not a chanson in other countries ))

no its not a Willy Tokarev. its a band 'Butyrka' (just the name of the prison in Moscow, no meaning), album 'band & cops', song 'i'll be in a prison for the sins of others'

Hi,  Its kinda different.  ::)  I actually had the difficult time to grasp and understand the song. Sorry, but how I wish , I would be able to identify this mystery song :)

btw, i'm not sure, but it seems that 'band & cops' is the only album of butyrka, so if like these songs you could google for 'russian chason'.
