Same version, different PC, two different results

Why on the same file (shared across my LAN), below the Genre tag (into the Horizontal's Column Browser), on my laptop I can see the ID3 written on the main Edit window + the tags into the Tag Inspector (so multiple Genre tags in the list),, than on my Desktop I can just see the tag into the Edit window (so only 1 genre tag line)?

Seems it ignores the tags inside Tag Inspector.
Same version of MusicBee.

Is there some options that I didn't checked?

Can't speak for anyone else, but I didn't know what you were talking about.
A screenshot from each PC would help.

If I interpreted your issue correctly, the problem is that one PC you are using the "Genre" column and on the other one you are using the "Genres" tag (with an "s" at the end). "Genres" displays all the genres and "genre" only displays the first genre.
