Possibly a featue I have not found yet.....but is it possible?
I have Musicbee set to start when Windows & starts (from the startup folder)

you could create a tab dedicated to now playing, make it the first tab and that should accomplish this

thanks, i discovered that now playing will start if that was the screen when it closed down, which will probably do the job.
