Hide side panels

hello,

i apologise in advance since this is propable a very stupid question, but I can't seem to find the setting which lets me toggle the left and right side panels. I've been looking for more than an hour in the preferences. I know it's there somewhere because I've used it before.
If someone could help, thanks!

It's under Configure Layout button next to the search box.

I actually just found it, has been driving me nuts. Has this been replaced by any chance, I remember it being under preferences somewhere in the past.
