Auto-playlists of artists listed in other entries' artists tag?

I couldn't think of a better subject to properly describe what I am looking for, but the explanation might clear up things a bit.

Say I got a certain artist ("Delerium") that has properly updated tags, including all the guest singers as Artist:Guest entries. What I am looking for now is a way to set up an auto-playlist of songs by all those artists that are listed as Guest artists on my Delerium tracks - solo albums by Sarah McLachlan, Kirsty Hawkshaw and what not.

Any suggestions?
