Duplicates?

Howdy!

I'm trying to remove 15 years of duplicates.  In some cases, I have as many as 7 copies of songs.  It drives me crazy.  Right now, I am manually removing these, seeing as the "manage duplicates" feature unfortunately didn't work. 

Does anyone know of a simple fix for this?

Also, I haven't had any luck importing my old itunes playlists.  Like at all.  I selected "itunes library" when importing, and none of my playlists have shown up.  Any ideas?

Describe "didn't work" for the manage duplicates feature, and the forum might be able to help you.
