Allow dragging and bulk selection in 'renumber tracks' window

Every once in a while I have to renumber tracks and it's incredibly cumbersome having to do it by clicking on a track then tapping arrows to bring them up or down. Dragging and dropping (like in the tagging window) would be a lot better, particularly as I only use this option when an album has a large number of tracks.

Not to detract from your wish, but there is a workaround:

I re-order the tracks in the now playing list first (which allows bulk selection and dragging), then highlight them,
and finally then select tools -> tagging tools -> renumber tracks.

The tracks get sent to the renumber dialogue in the order that you had put them into, so you don't need to reorder in that dialogue.
You simply click ok.
