Can musicbee convert 320kbps mp3's to 192 kbps?

I have pretty cheap equipment and hardware, so I can't really hear the difference between 192 and 320 anyways, so I wonder, can musicbee convert 320 kbps to 192?

Yes.

More informatively, right click on the files you want to convert and go to Send To>Format Converter. You'll have to check your profile settings in Preferences>File Converters and make sure that the steps here are followed.

Thanks.  I'm using LAME. Do you prehaps know what parameter do I need to type in for a VBR  192 kbps file?
