How do I set my last.fm to scrobble at a certain point

For instance 50% through a song or even 120 seconds into a song.

Presumably it's related to when play count is increased, which can be set under Preferences>Now Playing.

last.fm has stated criteria for when tracks should be scrobbled which MB always adheres to ie. customising the play counter settings is ignored for scrobbling (as stated in a warning dialog that is displayed)
