Is MB supposed to be keyboard operable? I've found one dialog that is not (requires mouse) and I'd like to know whether this accords with design policy.

      The question is general. I.e. applies to all dialogs.

      What I am trying to do is find out: Is MB supposed to be keyboard operable?
