Missing Artist Tag

Yes first of i will like to thank  you, since using Musicbee its been really easy to manage my music library
but now i have a problem that i never seen before 

In my displayed column when a set artist it show me that some music have their artist tag empty
but when i got check in the main tagging panel the field is not empty

plus also can you explain why is there a + sign next to the artist: in the main tagging panel

The plus sign indicates that "displayed artist" value (what you see in the tag entry box and is displayed as "artist" value inside MB) is different from "artist" tag value. Click on ... button in the artist tag and you will see what's going on with Multiple Artist Splitter.
