allow zero window border size

in the upcoming windows 10 version, windows are borderless.
please add option to turn off window border decorations of mb.

But are they completely borderless,. or do they have a 1px border? In any case i think it's to early to adjust to something that is still subject to change.

in the screenshot, explorer, utorrent and vmware workstation are borderless. notepad has a thin 1px border.
