Move tag fields en masse? Start auto-playlist at a random spot?

I have a couple of questions.

1) I want to copy the information from the "Album" field into the "Album Artist" field. How can I do that for a bunch of songs at once?

2) I put an auto-playlist together. How can I, if I push play on it, get it to start playing at a random spot rather than at the beginning?

1) Use the Copy Tag command in the Additional Tagging & Reporting Tools plugin: http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/Additional_Tagging_and_Reporting_Tools

2) Auto-playlists have a Shuffle option in the settings.  Try setting that to "Random".
