I have all my flac music on a Synology NAS, so i play music via cables.

But when opening MusicBee and it scans i cant listen at the same time (Music Stutters then)
Same when editing info on some files and listening at the same time, the local internet traffic MusicBee needs is sometime to high.

Do you have the NAS set to go into sleep mode?  If so, the delay you're seeing could be due to the NAS coming up to speed.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Its never on sleep.

The problem is that when MusicBee scanning the 154000 music files i have i can't play music at the same time (because it stutters until it has scanned every file, then its good to go play again)

Same kind of problem if i transfer a large file to/from the server at the same time (but when i do that i use a program that i can set max speed at so that fixes it then.

is sounds like your network is congested while MB scans files.
using v2.5 and ticking "increase buffer size" in the Player preferences may help but i dont plan to change anything for this
