  • Hello, I am a friendly knowledgeable guy.
Hello;

I have noticed that when you use the "Edit" tab on a track and select "Lyrics" that there are 2 options "Unsychronised" and "Synchronised Lyrics".

What happens when you use the "Synchronised Lyrics"?

I haven't checked out if you can buy MP3's with lyrics embedded yet.

Thanks for any help you give.   :)

Nothing happens unless the lyrics actually are synchronized. Check out http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/Lyrics for details.

I've never heard of being able to buy MP3s that have sync'd lyrics.

There's a paid application called MiniLyrics that makes sure of sync'd lyrics (the files end with .lrc) and the lyrics can be downloaded. There's a mini-lyrics plugin available in the Add-ons section of the MB forum or website.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I'm having no problems using MiniLyrics and have not been asked to pay anything for it.

I thought I read a year or so ago that it was no longer free. I must be mistaken.

I read something about that too. I think it was paid for a while.

You can get a paid version with a few extra features, but the base program is free.
