"Love" not working?

I right click and go to "Rating Album," but both "Love" and "Ban" are greyed out and don't allow me to use them. This is the same for every album and I really want to be able to "Love" albums for easier sorting. Please help

If i'm understanding this correctly, the Love and Ban buttons are for use with last.fm. I too have noticed they are greyed out when trying to use them on albums but they are perfectly fine when you try it on single tracks.

yes that is correct - only track ban/love is supported
