Media buttons don't work with MusicBee open

Media buttons  only report the "Up" state, never the down state with MusicBee open, so other programs can't use it. What am I doing wrong?

What do you mean with "Up" state? Are you referring to the skip/play/pause buttons on your keyboard? Because then it might be a driver software problem.
