Have an option to open new tab when device is inserted

When inserting a certain device, a new tab could be opened with the device page, or displaying all the music on the device. I think this would be a cool option if possible.

+1. I have also thought that it would be nice if a tab opens automatically, but does not necessarily switch to that tab, as I do not always want to sync my phone when I connect it to my pc, but just want a charge.

I like to see the device page as a whole overhauled.  Possibly so that the device info is shown at the top, with list of contents shown underneath (similar to how Auto-DJ screen is laid out).  And a way to start a sync without having to switch to the device in the main panel.
