Undo organisation

I enable auto-organising and I noticed that MusicBee "desorgazized" my library. Is there any option to restore my old library?

You can't restore your old library, exactly, but if you show us a screenshot of your auto-organize settings and tell us what result you want, we can probably help you achieve it.
