Im using version 2.4.5227 of MB and Theater mode is not listed in MB > view menu.
Here is a screen of the bug.

I had the same situation some time ago. Restart of MB did not help. I did a new installation of current version and it was again.

Fixed it. Here is the solution:

Delete TheaterModeState.ini located in > AppData\Roaming\MusicBee\

I deleted the link and still doesn't want to work, if i close MB and open again, the file gets created again.
