i think its something else...

automatic organizing doesnt work with musicbee properly. it didnt work with mediamonkey as well.

in windows explorer: when i want to delete, rename or move certain folders, windows tells me that these files/folders are in use...
but its not with every folder/files like that. i can delete/rename/move some of the files/folders without any problems... but other files/folders just won't move. only with unlocker software.

That's Windows permission/ownership issue with those files and folders. Until you fix the issue, any program won't work properly when needs to access those files and folders. Google the problem and you will find lots of guides and suggestions, or ask around in Windows forums for the solution.

you can consult the wiki and the pdf guide linked on the wiki homepage. Searching in the forum will answer most of your questions.

is there an automatic volume analysis? mediamonkey did all new mp3 files automaticly to 89db.

Yes, you can tick "calculate and write missing replay gain tags for new music files" option under Preferences> Tags (2). Then MB will do volume analysis when new files are imported to library. But if new files are detected on start-up and moved straight to the library, then currently they miss volume analysis: http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=13515.0

Yes, I think that's the default target dB for RG2 as well. For more details, consult this thread: http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=10394.0
