Mark podcasts as listened after send to....

Hi Steve,
I use the new send to function for videopodcasts. Would be nice if there would be an option to mark files as listened when I use the send to.. option. Right now it seems that this function only starts the programm with the file as parameter, but mb does not remember I played it. Maybe the same is valid for the playcount of normal music?. Didn't test that, but would surely be a nice option to enabble this in the options of the send to command.

what i've done is add another field specifically for an external player application to be specified. If entered, you will see in the right click context menu/ Play with <name of application>
And playing this will mark podcasts as listened to, increment playcounts, scrobble to last.fm if configured for that, etc
