BeeDownloader: download audio tracks of youtube videos into your inbox

Beedownloader didn't do the trick for me.
I used

In that browser i go to
http://www.listentoyoutube.com/index.php
and make this a favorite (righthandknob)

if a youtube opens up now i copy the adres click on the lefthandknob (wich tabs my favorites) and open listentoyoutube.

paste the youtube URL
hit GO
Another screen tells me conversion is ongoing and gives me a mp3 download link.
hit DOWNLOAD
and your mp3 file starts downloading or if you choose direct playing in musicbee.

Personally speaking, clip converter is my favorite as it can download 4k youtube videos: http://www.clipconverter.cc/

Today I have tried the BeeDownloader for the first time.

Unfortunately it seems not to work as intended. After putting in the URL of a YT- music video I get a quite long error message, which says among others: "YoutubeExtractor.YoutubeparseException: Could not parse the youtube page ... "

I have tried this with several other YT-links but none of them could be downloaded.

Is there a way to get the BeeDownloader to work?

@Adson - I moved your post to this sub-forum so that the developer has a better chance of seeing it. That being said, the developer hasn't logged on to the forum in more than three years, so you might be out of luck.

Take a look at this thread from the beginning and you'll see that this plugin has had a number of issues that haven't been resolved.

If you read through the thread you'll see that this plugin hasn't worked for some time. It hasn't been updated for two years, and YT has changed considerably in that time (mostly to thwart things like this plugin).

You're better off using one of the active web sites that can accomplish this and then importing the files into MB as you would any other music file.

I wasn't aware that this function is part of a plugin. So sorry for the wrong placed post.

I will try one of the above mentioned sources for downloading from YouTube.

I had earlier deleted a duplicate post from this spam joker and give him/it the benefit of the doubt. I sure noticed the excessively long sig, but again I was too lenient.
