Would be great to have "remove dead links" command for static playlists just below "remove duplicates" command under right-click> List>. If this command could be executed with multiple playlists selected, it would be a breeze to update old playlists.

+1.  Broken links in playlists cause all kinds of trouble.

+1  This would be very helpful for those of us who have a bad habit of deleting tracks from outside MB. 
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

i have made a couple of changes:
- a new right click/ List/ Remove Dead Links command for playlists
- when synching, rather than failing the entire playlist, dead links in a playlist where the target file doesnt exist on the device will be excluded and the source playlist file marked as missing if not already the case
